RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. RETURNS
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. RETURN PROCESS

Include the following information:
• Order number
• Name used for the order
• Reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item was damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our side.
5. EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@recoderecords.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or used merchandise
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged by the customer
