TERMS & CONDITIONS 

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Recode Records merchandise webshop (“Store”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

RECODE sells clothing and merchandise products. We make every effort to display products accurately, however slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Payments are securely

handled by third party payment providers such as Mollie. ARTICLE 4 – PRICING

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions for returns:

• Item must be unused and in original condition • Item must be returned in original packaging
• Return shipping costs may apply

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

RECODE is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products or delays caused by shipping carriers.

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, graphics and branding related to RECODE merchandise remain the intellectual property of Recode Records and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Rotterdam.

By purchasing products from the Recode Records merch store you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
